It is a very smart looking wagon in a dark bronze colour, with alloy wheels and rear spoiler.
The Fielder is powered by a 1500cc petrol VVT-i engine coupled to a 45kW electric motor with 0.9kWh Nickel-Metal Hydride battery.
This hybrid combination delivers a very economical 3.0L/100km fuel rating.
The Corolla Fielder drives from start using electricity only up to 15kph, and then the petrol engine kicks in, making it ideal for around town driving.
On the open road the electric motor assists the petrol engine to deliver more power.
It has six airbags, ABS, and stability control for safety.
The Fielder has long been a favourite for private or business use and now the hybrid option adds to this.
